All donations to IIRan are voluntary and non-refundable. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law under Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code. You will receive an email confirmation and annual tax receipt for your records.

2.2 Use of Funds

We allocate at least 90% of every donation directly to program services. Administrative and fundraising costs are kept below 10%. Detailed financial breakdowns are published in our annual reports.

2.3 Recurring Donations

If you choose to make a recurring monthly donation, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on the same date each month. You may cancel a recurring donation at any time by emailing donate@iiran.org and we will process the cancellation promptly.

2.4 Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error (e.g., incorrect amount, unauthorized transaction), please contact us within 30 days at donate@iiran.org. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis.

3. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape or mine data from our website
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the website or connected infrastructure
• Impersonate IIRan or its representatives
